Dwarf Runelord with Anvil of Doom (Sculpted/Convesion)

Another one of the conversions of my brother's Warhammer Fantasy Dwarf Army is his Runelord with Anvil of Doom. This conversion is an old one, we made it in January of 2008, and we spent a lot of time making it, nonetheless we are still surprised by our own result.

In this conversion we transformed for the first time 6th Edition Dwarf Warriors in something similar to an Ironbreaker to make the Anvil Guard. It was also the first time that we used Sylmasta's A+B white Modelling Putty, since then we have used it in almost all our conversions, usually mixed with green stuff.

To made the Runelord we used the legs of a 7th Edition plastic Dwarf Miner and the body of a 7th Edition plastic Dwarf Warrior.

The Anvil of Doom and its base is made entirely by us. For the base we used 3 circles of cardboard that afterwards we covered with putty.
